Policies:
- All orders require a deposit of $25 or 25% (whichever is greater) to hold the date
- Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE if order is canceled
- Pricing listed is a starting price only please contact us to get a quote and check availability
- All orders will have a 7% sales tax added
Pickup/Transportation Policy
- We ask that you do not transport your cake on laps or in the trunk of your car
- The best place for your cake is either the back of van/ SUV or the passenger side floor board (you want a flat surface)
- Enchanted Moments is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CAKES DAMAGE ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN PICKED UP
- We ask that you take all precautions to make sure you have a safe place in your vehicle
- During HOT months it is best to keep cake in Air conditioned car during transport and not placed in direct sunlight during the event.
- Please NOTE that 2 or more tiered cakes come in 5" boxes and will not have a cover or lid due to the height of the cake
We Deliver
- Enchanted Moments can delivery your cake for a fee of $15 to anywhere in Lee County
- Deliveries outside of Lee County are charged $1.75 per mile (one way) mileage is calculated with google maps
- Wedding cakes deliveries in Lee County are FREE
